AFAIK there is no such feature currently. You can do a search like "?鉄" to get exactly one word before the 鉄.
If you want to search without getting all the station names as results you can do that e.g. here:
https://www.edrdg.org/jmwsgi/srchformq.py?svc=jmdict
Make sure the database being searched is set to jmdict and not jmnedict.
In general I do think a negative parameter for searches would be useful. If you want you can send an email to the developer(s) with that suggestion, especially since a beta of a newer jisho is currently public.

Exlusion Abiity for Search Strings
My forum search so far hasn't answered my question so here goes. I'd like to do a search where I have the ability to exclude certain words/phrases. Mainly because there's a massive number of entries ending in 地下鉄 as almost every city subway system in the world is listed in JDIC. Is there a way to do this? My desired example would be, words ending in kanji "tetsu" but I want to exclude any entries containing "chikatetsu".
I want these results = ママ鉄, 乗り鉄, 撮り鉄
But I don't want these = ロンドン地下鉄, ブダペスト地下鉄, 東京地下鉄
The below string does NOT work.
SEARCH EXAMPLE: *鉄 -地下鉄
